I can not promise you will get an IDENTICAL one as you see from the photo, because only art prints/machine can do EXACTLY same as pictured. All my paintings are hand-painted, so, every brush strokes might be different, but I DO promise you will get it in same quality and same beauty, I have sold over 2,600 pieces on Etsy, 99% of 5 stars reviews. Quality is the last thing you need to worried about. Frames shown are for illustrative purposes only, and it’s not included in your order. To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched), packed and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat status once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it at any of your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both way. Depending on the sizes, there is ADDITIONAL 2″ to 5″ white margin/border around the image part of painting for stretching/framing, it should be enough for all kind of wooden stretch bars.
Producing time. Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase: In-stock item – Will be shipped in 2 days. Acrylic painting – you will receive it around 10days after ordering. Oil painting – you will receive it around 12 days after ordering. Generally, you will receive your purchase in 9-12 days after order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us
Packing, shipping and delivery. All paintings are packed carefully in a strong plastic tube, shipped with FedEX, 3-5 international express delivery to your home, FREE shipping to everywhere in the world. A tracking number will be sent to you via shop shipping notification, you will receive it just in around 4 days after it’s shipped. About shipping address. We can only ship the the address that comes with your PayPal payment, so, please pay with your CORRECT shipping address, otherwise, we will need you to replace your order with the correct one. P.O. Box is not acceptable, because our package is large or extra large sized, please use your street address.
Do you sign your art? The signature will be put on the back of the canvas BY DEFAULT, so you can hang it in any orientations you want. If you want me to sign on the front of the painting, please indicate it right after your purchase and tell me which position you would like to hang it, then, the signature will be signed at right bottom of the front.
How do I check the status of my order? There is 3 buttons at the right top of all the pages like this: Please click the button in the middle, you will see there is “My Orders”, click it.
Can I cancel my order? To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us with your transaction number, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund in 24 hours at latest due to we might in different time zone.
What about taxes and duties? You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs policy. Please understand that we have no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes in your country. We encourage you to contact your custom bureau for specific information.

You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it in your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both way. The painting come with EXTRA 2-3 inch white border around it for stretching or framing.
Lost and Damages. We pack all paintings in strong PVC tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it’s damaged, please follow the below STEPS: 1. Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages. 2. Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately. 3. If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above. Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
Customizing. ( I want a specific size than you listed, what should I do?)
Cancellation You can cancel the order anytime before it’s shipped, I will issue a full refund to your PayPal account very soon. If your order is shipped, then you will need to return it to me, and pay the returning shipping cost.

1. Please ask courier man to write ‘the item is damaged/broken’ or something like that on the waybill. 2. You can have the paintings after you and courier man both confirm the damages, ALSO, make sure courier man write the package and item is damaged on waybill. 3. Call the courier company to claim, you will be required to provide photos of the damaged package and item, also a claim form to fill out, after all, you will get a CLAIM NUMBER, which mean the courier company accept the claim and confirm the damages, please send me the claim number and photos of each side of the package, and damaged parts on painting to me, I will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately. 4. If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1 and No.2, do No.3 above.
Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or get a FULL refund.
Items should be returned in its original condition, and it must be packed in its original packing in a plastic tube (please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box). If your painting is stretched or framed, it’s not acceptable for return and exchange.

We want happy customers!! For any reason, if you don’t like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. You only need to do 3 things:
1. Email us for our shipping address to ship painting back (please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box, it must be packed it in a plastic tube like I do).
2. Ship it back with Post Office ONLY!! Because it’s cheapest and it doesn’t require too many paper work when it imports to China. For you reference: USPS in USA Canadian Post in Canada Royal Mail in UK Australia Post in Australia ……
3. Get a full refund once the returned painting is received. Or if you want to exchange for another piece, we will ship out the replacement just in a few days after the returned one is delivered.
